TeemGlow delivers wellness, beauty, personal-care, and gift orders within the United Arab Emirates. This page follows the current checkout shipping policy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated UAE Delivery Times

• Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Abu Dhabi and other Emirates: estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, peak periods, address accuracy, and external factors outside TeemGlow's control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. If a free-shipping promotion is active, it will be shown and applied at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for certain locations within the UAE. Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, TeemGlow will send a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. TeemGlow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact TeemGlow as soon as possible so the team can assist with the issue.
